We are a small company in Puerto Vallarta. That means the same person will always look after you, and that person knows your case.
Our story
Services Vallarta was born in Puerto Vallarta in 2013, though the experience of those who run it goes back much further: more than twenty years each in the field. It began as an architecture and construction studio and, over the years, became what it is today: a place where, under one roof, you find the architect who designs and builds, the accountant who handles your financing and closing, and the advisor who helps you buy, sell or rent.
In recent years we embraced a conviction that is now part of who we are: building and selling with care for the environment. We specialize in high-value sustainable properties, and take an active part in the Sustainability and Environment committee of AMPI Riviera Nayarit.
What makes us different
Most agencies only sell. We also build, remodel and arrange the mortgage. That changes things in practical ways: we can tell you whether what you have in mind can actually be built on that lot before you buy it, and we can hand you the house remodelled and ready without you having to find and coordinate three different companies.
And here is the part that reassures buyers from abroad the most: the paperwork, the mortgage and the closing are handled in house by a licensed public accountant. Buying in a country whose laws you do not know is frightening, and rightly so. That fear is exactly what we want to take away from you.
How long we have been here
The company has been operating in Puerto Vallarta since 2013, and each member of the team has more than twenty years in the city's real estate sector.
Where we work
Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, including the Nayarit side. We know the neighbourhoods one by one, which is not something you learn by reading listings.
What languages we speak
We answer in Spanish and English. This site is also available in French and Chinese so that you can read it calmly in your own language before writing to us.
Safety and trust for everyone involved
Buying, selling or renting means dealing with people you don't yet know. That is why we follow a safety protocol that protects buyers, sellers and our own team alike.
We verify the identity of both parties before every showing; first meetings with new clients take place at our office or in a public place; we visit properties accompanied; and sensitive information, such as amounts and owner details, is handled only through formal channels.
This is not distrust: it is protecting your assets and your peace of mind. An orderly, secure process is also a sign that you are dealing with professionals.

Arq. Gabriel Zamorano Higuera
Director
A licensed architect with a professional license from the Guadalajara School of Architecture; a designer and builder with more than twenty years of experience leading Services Vallarta. He is an expert in various construction systems—from concrete and steel to eco-friendly methods—and works with investors to design, build, and purchase high-value, sustainable properties in Puerto Vallarta, Riviera Nayarit, Guadalajara, Chapala, and Ajijic.

Credit and Closing Manager
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from the University of Guadalajara. At Services Vallarta, she handles the internal paperwork, financing, and closing—exactly what gives buyers from outside Mexico the greatest peace of mind. She has been with the company for over a decade and has more than twenty years of experience in the industry.
