How it works
- You fill in this form once with your property's details. Only your name and an email are required; everything else is whatever you have on hand.
- We contact you, get to know the property and run a comparative market analysis to propose a realistic price; we agree on it with you.
- We sign the service agreement and publish: we promote your property on the site and with other agencies and portals, screen interested people so we only show it to serious ones, and give you a regular activity report.
- We support you through offer negotiation and all the way to signing and handover, and stay available afterward for anything pending.
What we charge and how we work
We believe in clarity from the start. These are our fees and conditions; we fine-tune them with you depending on your case.
- Sale: 8% + VAT on the final price, and only 6% + VAT if our agency sells it directly (the 8% applies when the buyer comes through another agency and we share with them). Paid when the deed is signed.
- Rental: the equivalent of one month's rent + VAT on contracts of four months or more, charged at each renewal; or 20% + VAT on contracts of up to four months. If it closes through another agency, we share with them.
- Initial advertising investment: one thousand pesos, one time only at the start, for promotion. If you request specific advertising, it is agreed separately.
- We work with an exclusive service agreement, so we can promote it seriously: a minimum of eighteen months for a sale and twelve months for a rental. We explain all the conditions before signing; nothing is signed without you understanding it.
The fees are paid by the owner; the buyer or tenant pays us no commission. These amounts are indicative and are confirmed in writing in the service agreement.
