We are a real estate agency, a construction company and mortgage brokers at the same time. That means you can start by looking for a home and end up with the keys in your hand without having to hire anyone else along the way.
Buying a property
This is what we spend most of our time on. We help you find a house, condo, lot or commercial space in Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay, and we stay with you through the whole process: the search, the viewings, the negotiation, the document review and the closing.
Selling your property with us
We value your property, prepare it for viewings, list it, and take care of answering and filtering enquiries, so that you only spend your time on buyers who are serious.
Rentals
We rent out houses, condos and commercial spaces. We screen the tenant, draw up the contract and handle the handover.
Property management
We manage your property so you do not have to handle the day to day: collecting rent, paying utilities, dealing with tenants, supervising and reporting back. It works just as well whether you live in another country, in another city in Mexico, or right here and simply prefer to let someone else take care of the tenants and the upkeep.
Construction
We build small, medium and large projects, from the quotation to handing over the keys, including construction, site development and project design. Because we are also a real estate agency, we can tell you before you buy a lot whether what you have in mind can actually be built on it.
Remodelling and maintenance
We remodel houses and condos, and we maintain your property whether you live here or not. It is the service most requested by people who buy in order to rent out.
Interior design and decoration
We fit out and decorate the property, whether to live in it or to put it on the rental market. A well presented property rents sooner and sells better.
Mortgages
We arrange your mortgage and stay with you until signing. We work with several banks and with the Mexican housing funds INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE and Pensiones, and we help you compare options at no cost to you.
Appraisals and paperwork
We give you a market value opinion of your property (a pre-appraisal) and support you with the paperwork around a transaction: dealings with the notary, land registry, property tax, water, utilities and permits. It is part of guiding you from start to finish.
