Our accessibility promise
At Services Vallarta we believe that buying, selling or renting a home is one of life’s biggest decisions, and no one should be left out by a barrier that can be removed. That is why we made this site truly accessible, and here we promise you, in plain words, how we look after it.
What we promise you
- That you can use the whole site without seeing, with a screen reader, and without a mouse, using only the keyboard.
- That every photo has a description in words, and that you can get to know each property through a described tour, space by space, even if you cannot see the images.
- That text can be enlarged, with more contrast, in light or dark mode and with more line spacing, from our own reading panel, with nothing to install.
- That the essentials work even if your connection is slow or your JavaScript is turned off.
- That we will not use pop-ups that trap you, flashing text or tricks that get in the way of people navigating with a reader or the keyboard.
- That if you find a barrier, we take it seriously and fix it; your report helps us improve.
Why we promise it from the heart
This site is built by a blind member of our team, who uses it every day with a screen reader. We do not just copy a checklist: we test each page the way someone who cannot see lives it, because for us accessibility is not a formality, it is how we treat people.
We know that getting it perfect is a road, not a goal you sign and forget. That is why we also tell you honestly what we still lack and how we are evaluating it, in our accessibility statement.
