1. Identity and address of the data controller

Services Vallarta, with address at Calle Pavo Real #216, Departamento 2, Colonia Las Aralias, Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, postal code 48328, is responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to us, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect the following personal data directly, through our website, email, social media or paper forms: full name, email address, contact telephone number, home address, official identification, information about properties of interest or for sale, and banking or financial data (for payments, rent, commissions or security deposits).

When you carry out a real estate transaction or request our services, and in accordance with applicable legal obligations, we may collect additional identification data, including: nationality, place and date of birth, marital status and property regime, occupation and activity, Federal Taxpayer Registry (RFC), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP), social security number, official ID, and information on the source of funds and the form of payment for the transaction. This data may be provided in person or through digital forms that we send you via a secure, private link.

3. Purposes of the processing

The personal data we collect will be used for the following primary purposes: providing the requested property rental, sale and construction services; preparing quotations, contracts and invoices; following up on requests for information; arranging property viewings; and complying with legal and tax obligations.

In addition, we process your data to comply with the customer-identification and anti-money-laundering obligations that apply to us as a vulnerable activity under Mexico's Federal Law for the Prevention and Identification of Operations with Resources of Illicit Origin (LFPIORPI) and its provisions. We will obtain your express consent to process financial or asset data where the law so requires.

When necessary for a rental or sale transaction, and always with your prior express authorization, we may consult your record with credit information companies (credit bureau) to assess the viability of the transaction.

Secondary purposes: sending promotions, newsletters or information about new developments, service quality assessment, and statistical or marketing purposes.

4. Use and transfer of personal data

Your personal data may be shared with: public notaries, financial or banking institutions, legal and accounting firms, and service providers related to property management, maintenance or construction. In every case, Services Vallarta will ensure that these third parties assume the same confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Where required by law, your data may be transferred to the competent authorities in matters of money-laundering prevention, such as the Financial Intelligence Unit (UIF) and the Tax Administration Service (SAT). Likewise, with your prior authorization, your data may be shared with credit information companies to consult your record. Transfers required by law do not require your consent, in accordance with article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

5. How to exercise your ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object (known in Mexico as ARCO rights) to the processing of your personal data.

You may exercise these rights by sending a written request to servicesvallarta@gmail.com, including: your full name, your address, a copy of your official identification, and a clear description of the right you wish to exercise. We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

6. How to limit the use or disclosure of your data

If you wish to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data, for example to stop receiving promotions, you may request this at the same email address given above.

7. Use of cookies, web beacons and similar technologies

Our website may use cookies and other tracking technologies to improve the user experience. You may disable them in your browser at any time.

8. Changes to this privacy notice

Services Vallarta reserves the right to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time. Any change will be published on the official website or communicated to the email address provided by the user.

9. Consent of the data subject

By providing your personal data by any means, you expressly authorise Services Vallarta to process it in accordance with this Privacy Notice.
