Amapas is the neighborhood climbing the hill south of the Zona Romántica, between it and Conchas Chinas. Its great appeal is the view: many properties face the bay and are a short walk from Los Muertos Beach and all the life of the Zona Romántica.
It offers mainly apartments and houses, many with a terrace and a view. It is much sought after for vacation rental by combining hillside quiet with closeness to restaurants and the beach.
