Flamingos is a residential and golf area in Bahía de Banderas, next to Nuevo Vallarta, organized around its golf course, one of the oldest in the region (in operation since 1970). It is surrounded by estuaries and palm groves, a few minutes from the beaches and the airport.
It offers condominiums and houses in gated developments, many facing the golf course or near the beach. It is a well-established, quiet area, sought after both to live in and to invest in for rental.
