Nuevo Vallarta, already in Nayarit, is a planned resort area with a marina, golf courses and wide beaches, about ten minutes from the Puerto Vallarta airport. It is an orderly area, with gated communities and security.
It offers beachfront condominiums and houses within gated developments. It is very popular with foreign buyers and with those investing in vacation rentals. Because it is in Nayarit, some municipal procedures and taxes are handled differently than in Vallarta; we will explain this to you calmly.
