Ixtapa

Ixtapa is the most populous township (delegación) of the municipality of Puerto Vallarta, inland to the north of the city. Agricultural in origin, it is today an urban area with its own plaza, shops and services, well connected by the highway.
It is one of the more affordable options to buy a house or land in the Vallarta area, meant more for living year-round or investing than for tourism. It is worth checking utilities and land use, and we are glad to help with that.
