Sayulita is a Pueblo Mágico (a federal designation held since 2015) famous for its surf beach, its colorful cobblestone streets, its Huichol art and its bohemian, international atmosphere. It is one of the most sought-after destinations in the Riviera Nayarit.
It offers houses and condominiums, with very high vacation-rental demand thanks to its worldwide fame. Space within the town is limited, which sustains its value; there are also developments in the nearby hills.
