El Pitillal is a town the city grew around but which keeps its identity: its main plaza, the Church of the Señor de los Milagros, the market and a very Mexican neighborhood life. It is a few minutes from the Hotel Zone and Galerías Vallarta.
It is one of the more affordable areas to live year-round, with houses and apartments priced below the coastal strip. It appeals to those seeking the authentic Vallarta and a good balance of price and location.
